One of the guys from EBP happened to be in my neighborhood (I just moved in) and as I hooked up my washer, I found both of the old rusty valves were leaking. I asked if he had time to come over and take a look, he finished up helping my neighbor, came over and did what he could to solve the problem there (it was not quickly solvable), and gave me a price to give my landlord.

It can be a little pricey, depending on what you need, but I would highly recommend the service because it is same day for emergency issues, and they try to do same day no matter what if possible. 6 months ago, Early Bird Plumbing replaced our existing tankless water heater. Since then, our service experience has been incredible! It was recommended that we have the unit descaled every six months. Right on time, I received a personal, reminder phone call to schedule the service. Our wall-mounted toilet was also loose, so we included that issue in our appointment. Leading up to and on the day of the appointment, I received multiple text and email reminders. On the day of the appointment, I received a personal phone call telling me the technician was on his way. I also received a text and email message with the name and photo of the technician, Isaiah. Isaiah arrived right on time. He was extremely friendly, personable, and professional. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our toilet and reassuringly explained the solution in terms I could understand. While the water heater was being descaled, Isaiah successfully fixed the toilet. He then took me out to the water heater and explained the descaling process, again in terms I could understand. It was clear to me, Isaiah is an experienced plumber that can be trusted. Based on my personal experience, I strongly recommend that you consider calling Early Bird Plumbing for any plumbing issues.
